Digital glasses for remote maintenance
Yamato Scale offers digital glasses as a solution for on-site remote maintenance. With the Y-ViTeSe concept, our service experts look “over the shoulder” of your technicians, allowing them to give real-time instructions on repairs or system settings. The communication goes both ways. The Yamato service technician sees exactly what is happening in the machine and is able to send graphical instructions to the technician in your production at the same time. The inside of the digital goggles contains a mini monitor that is in the field of vision of the technician on site. The integrated headset is used for voice transmission.
The greatest advantage of this Y-ViTeSe concept is the flexibility and quick access to technical assistance in case of production problems.
