Yamato Remote Control

The new Yamato Remote Control Service offers an added value for Yamato customers: repairs can be optimized and carried out quickly and efficiently from our headquarters in Willich.

We log on to your Multiheadweigher via internet, check the settings and the weighing results, and, if necessary, we carry out the repair and adjust the settings online.

In case an online repair is not possible, we immediately send out a service technician with all the required spare parts and tools.

The way it works:

  • Place an order for the Yamato Remote Service.
  • In case of a query, contact the Yamato Service team by phone or e-mail.
  • The Service team sends you an e-mail with your log-in details for direct access to the Remote Service.
  • You are all set to go…

To be able to use Yamato’s Remote Control service, you will need the Yamato Remote Control software package and a computer with access to the internet.
